A two dimensional filter gadget should be able to do what you need, so I think we need to look at "I didn't get the result I want".

But a simple "issue statistics" gadget sounds like the answer.

You've said "calculate the total number of bugs I have on my project and the total number of bugs assigned to each Dev"

Set it up so that:

  • Filter:  Project = XYZ and issuetype = Bug
  • Group by: Assignee

You probably want to add "and resolution is empty" to the query to exclude stuff you've fixed already

Hi @Absa Thiam

Please elaborate your question? Are you trying to generate a report automatically? What have you tried so far? Start with create Jira dashboard with various gadgets like pie chart and two dimensional filter statistics.

Hi @Ravi Sagar _Sparxsys_ Community Manager actually I want to create a functional test report. In the report I want jira to calculate the total number of bugs I have on my project and the total number of bugs assigned to each Dev

I already used the dashboard with a two dimensional filter gadget but I didn't get the result I want

Thanks
