Find all related tasks to an issue

Massimiliano Stretti February 20, 2024

Hi, In these steps, I am able to find the issues related to the modified issue, but only if they are in the same project. How can I find all the issues related to mine, even in other projects?  Screenshot 2024-02-20 233722.png

Hello @Massimiliano Stretti

You would need to change the Scope of the rule on the Rule Details screen to be Multiple Projects and select each of the projects you want to include, or set the Scope to Global to consider all projects on the instance.

Only a Jira Administrator can create a multiple-project scoped rule, or change a single-project scoped rule into a multiple-project scoped rule.

When such a change is made you may need to also add more conditions to the rule. If events occurring on issues in only one, or only specific, projects should trigger the rule, you need to add conditions so that the when the event occurs in other projects in the rule scope the rule will stop running.
