TLDR: No you can't report them specifically, but posting here (and commenting as you did 👍 ) does get monitored and should get picked up - normal principles of severity/impact/frequency will impact priority (and in this case, I'd assume users on the non-free tiers are likely to flag also if it comes up regularly).
