Do we have options for User specific rollout for Rovo

Question

Hi Team,

Our Org is actively engaging in using and figuring out the best productivity option's with Rovo, Which raises a Question Can we have a User specific Roll out of Rovo instead of whole Org or if I want to restrict user's from using Rovo. How can I do this?

Hi @lakshyajeet_swami ,

Unfortunately, no—there's no way to enable Rovo only for a subset of users. There's a feature request for it, though: ROVO-23: Ability to assign Rovo access based on user group membership

I'd recommend voting for it and setting yourself as a watcher to receive notifications about updates.

You can't restrict users for using Rovo. It is applied across whole organization. That is how Rovo is intended to work - for the whole organization.
