Concerns about VPAT for JIRA

I reviewd the JIRA Cloud VPAT found on https://www.atlassian.com/accessibility and it looks like there are a lot of WCAG Level A and AA issues that are only partially supported.  As part of Title II requirements, we need all digital tools to meet level AA requirements by April 24, 2026.  Can you please provide a roadmap or explain what you're currently doing to address these outstanding levels and when you plan on having them fixed.
