Card Cover Images/Issue Cover Images

Hi,

I uploaded photo attachments to all of my Jira issues (on the board tab) and they are no longer populating from the board view. If I click into the issue, I can see the photo attachment, but I am no longer even seeing the option to add a cover photo. I thought the cover photo was a really dynamic and interesting way to quickly identify projects - is that feature being discontinued?

Welcome to the community,

First, ensure that your board view settings will display cover images once they've been added:

1. Visit your Active sprints view 
2. Select View settings and toggle Card cover images on under the "Issues" heading

Next, add a cover image to your issue(s):

1. From the board view (not the individual issue view) click More options (...) on one of your issue cards
2. In the Edit cover image submenu, select one of the images attached to the issue, or upload a new image

Hi @Pasam Venkateshwarrao .

I'm seeing vastly different behavior in our Team-managed non-software project board. 

The only options I'm seeing for showing card covers are changed on a per-user basis through going to the Board > ...More > Customize Cards > Checked the Card cover box, rather than for the entire project.

Is there a way to enforce card covers for all users in this type of project? Our project lead noticed that his users were confused because it used to be default to show the card covers, but that has changed recently.
