Can you get a linked Intercom Tickets Counter like the Zendesk standard field?

With the Zendesk integration there was a field called Zendesk Ticket Count that increased and decreased when you linked or unlinked Zendesk tickets to the Jira ticket. I don't see any native functionality with the Intercom for Jira app.

On the Jira ticket itself we can see the number of linked Intercom tickets where the Intercom integration section is, so the data is making it's way to Jira. Is there a way we can filter on the number of linked Intercom tickets? Is there an automation that can be built that creates the counter I am looking to have?

Hey @Bryan Gibson

Thanks for your questions. Regarding the number of links, there is a Jira issue field with the link count that you can add to the issue view.

In terms of filtering conversations by link count, you could use JQL to filter or sort your Jira issues by link count. Have a look at the other examples on that same docs page. There are a couple of other ways to query or filter issues.

I hope this helps. Please let me know if you have any further questions.

Thanks,
Tobias
