Good afternoon,
I receive the e-mail bellow but I dont understand the impact on my JIRA depending on the answer I will give to you. The only thing I want is no change regarding my actual situation and I dont want to loose any data.
What advice can you give to me?
Thanks in advance

Hi @Birama SARR
A few weeks ago, Atlassian had some background issues, and some work items were deleted.
You should have an email with that information, which should be the first one in the chain.
If you don't reply, they won't be able to restore those missing items.
Go to https://support.atlassian.com/requests/CES-144958. Your user should be able to open the request to check more about it.
Regards
Hi @Birama SARR
This looks like a notification from Atlassian Support related to a ticket CES-144958. Did you actually create any ticket recently with Support? If not were you added to any ticket as a participant?
In general would be nice to know what actually is under this CES-144958 so if you can give a little bit more information it would definitively help understand the context.
However if there is a ticket open already would be good to login to the system and check - if you receive notification you should have access to it. The best way is to aske directly there - on community here since for us if hard to see whole picture.
