Bulk Move of Subtasks to Tasks and Assigning Parent of Subtasks to new Epic

Is there a method available within Jira to efficiently execute a bulk transition of subtasks to tasks while concurrently assigning the parent of the subtasks as the epic of the preceding task? If such functionality exists, could you please provide guidance on the steps required to accomplish this task?

To my knowledge, this will have to be a multi-stop process. My recommendation is that, before you convert the sub-tasks to tasks, you add a label that will make it easy to find them after you've moved them.

1. Bulk label all sub-tasks that will be moved
2. Bulk convert all sub-tasks to tasks
3. Bulk edit all new tasks to set the Epic Link (and remove the label added in Step 1)
