Bulk Import

when we had any acquisitions, our Jira admin would do an Import with all of the users, and it would create all of the onboarding tickets. Does anyone know how I can do this

Please follow the steps mentioned below

On the Jira Search Screen, click on the 3-dot menu (More Actions)

Select Import work items from CSV

Upload the file to import, choose the target project, map fields, and begin import.
