BUG - Issues Disappeared

Hello

I hope i can get through to someone at atlassian as i cant raise a support ticket for some odd reason..

All the issues on my Jira space have disappeared.  Gone from backlog, boards and releases. I've got something in the order of 1400 issues.

Its like they have been removed from the index used to query them.

My release versions are still there but the issues included in them have gone.

If i manually type the URL for the issue it will open them up.

i.e https://XXXX.atlassian.net/jira/software/c/projects/XXX/boards/48?selectedIssue={CODE}-{NUMBER}

so all the issues are still there but not index'ed.

When i search in JQL i CANT find them.

Noticed it last week.

My other spaces are fine. Just one is a problem. 

Others had this?!

Hi @Tom Parkinson 

Are you able to search for them with JQL by using "project = XXX" or does this return nothing?

EDIT: sorry I missed the "When i search in JQL i CANT find them." part
