Hey everyone,
We're currently experiencing severe issues with sandboxes since Thursday, October 2nd.
The most critical issue involves sandboxes being unexpectedly rolled back. Specifically, two customers have reported that their sandboxes were reverted, causing the loss of tens of hours of work—all without any communication or warning from the Atlassian teams.
I'd like to know: Is anyone else experiencing similar problems with their sandboxes (e.g., instability, unexpected rollbacks, failures) these days?
To make matters worse, the support environment seems to be broken or inaccessible right now, making it extremely difficult to contact the support teams.
This is a tough start to the week! :-(
Any information or shared reports would be greatly appreciated. Let's hope for a quick resolution!
Hi @Antonio Valle _G2_ , thanks for your post and sorry for the situation. That does sound frustrating.
I am not aware of this problem with the sandboxes. I would do as you have tried to do and open tickets to the Atlassian support desk. I will also refer this post to Atlassian, so someone should reply to you here.
