How to add an end date column in the "list" view that is automatically called by taking the start date + origniale estimation.

Welcome to the Atlassian community.
You would need to create a custom field to hold that data, then create a process (such as an Automation rule) to execute the calculation and set the field value. You could then add that field to your list view.
