someone on my team cant access anything on Jira, i've been tried to delete the access and add again, but he still cant access the projects.
Have you tried logging in as them (through the user-management panel)? This could help narrow it down. Alternatively, the Permission Helper may be able to identify exactly what's missing, if it's permission related.
