Date and Time field always displayed in UTC timezone on Forms

Currently, when request is created using the Forms feature, Date and Time field are always displayed in UTC timezone within saved Forms. When same date/time field is added to Context fields(on the right side of the issue) it displays the date/time based on user profile.

As we have some limitations regarding time zones difference in Forms the only workaround is to prompt the user to set the timezone to UTC from profile settings page.
