replace Slack OpsGenie for Alert Management App with a JSM app

We migrated from OpsGenie to JSM under the Standard plan.

We want to stop using our current Slack 'OpsGenie for Alert Management' App and replace it with something to communicate with JSM. We only need to be able to View , Ack and Close the alerts in the same Slack channel the OpsGenie alerts were showing in.

What is the correct replacement App and steps for the JSM Standard plan?

What I'd do is replace “OpsGenie for Alert Management” with the Jira Service Management Slack integration.

 If you're on JSM Standard, you should set it up from the team's Operations, not the global Ops settings.

The basic steps to do so are as follows 

• You should navigate to the team where the alerts live
• Open the Operations section
• Navigate to the Integrations section
• Add the Slack integration
• Link the same Slack workspace/channel you were using previously

This should allow your team to view, acknowledge, and close the alerts in Slack. Just note, though, that in JSM Standard, you should do this for each team individually.
