After migrating from Opsgenie to JSM Operations, all Zabbix integrations for all teams stopped working. Checking the documentation, I discovered I need to migrate from webhooks to Jira Edge Connector (JEC). We've already created all the configurations in Zabbix and the alerts are already arriving in Jira, but I need to add responders to direct the alerts to the responsible teams, and I haven't found where to add this information.

Hi Hudson,

Are you using the Integrations built in to Opsgenie/JSM with the integration to Zabbix (or using an API generated through Integrations?)

While on a generic screen like list of Spaces, scroll down on the left side to Operations, then click the 3 dots next to it and choose General Configuration, then click on Integrations.

Hi John
Thank you for your reply.

So within Zabbix I should have a JEC configured for each team?

The documentation isn't clear on this; I understand that in Zabbix it would be a global integration and that I would add some responders variable on script parameter in the zabbix media type.

No, it's a global integration. Just follow that path I listed.  :-)
