Hi @Tomasz
I have seen this more, If you had enabled Rovo on your site, you can't delete this yourself, this must be doen by an Atlassian employee.
Best is to raise a support request via Atlassian Support
the problem is that nobody wants to help because there is no subscription - so no support help

HI @Tomasz
Also if you just removed the apps, there is a grace period to re-activate them.
As I remember this is 14 or 30 days, you will have to wait this time before you can delete the full org.

Hey,
This usually happens when Atlassian still detects an app or subscription linked to the organization, even if everything appears removed.
A few things to double-check:
Go to admin.atlassian.com → Organization → Apps and confirm there are no apps listed (including suspended or trial apps).
Check Billing → Manage subscriptions and make sure there are no active subscriptions tied to Marketplace apps.
If you’ve just removed the apps, wait a few minutes and refresh — sometimes it takes a short while to fully process on Atlassian’s side.
Ensure apps are removed from all connected sites (Jira, Confluence, etc.), not just at the organization level.
If everything looks clean and it still doesn’t allow deletion, it’s likely something stuck in the backend. In that case, the best option is to contact Atlassian Support so they can clear it manually.
Hope that helps 🙂
