I am new to jira... and setting up jira service desk , email requests coming from 2 diffrent emails in TODO, i created two swimlanes one for IT support and other for application support but i can assign "in Progress"status to only one in columns . I used query to seprate emails based on issue type and reporter so when clicked "inprogress" for issue in TODO it is supposed to land in IT or application swimlane based on reporter. but its going only in IT column which have Inprogress status because there is no other status in unmapped status to give it to application swimlane. Please help as i spend whole day but couldn't figure out.
