Why aren't my resources sowing up in incident field?

I have my AI Atlassian intelligent connection set up. However, within the JSM when open incident Related resources section, articles, PIRs, and issues related to this incident are supposed to be available. But it doesn't show?

please verify your JSM integration with Confluence Knowledge Base space.
