Hi all,
I'm currently preparing and testing the JSM Portal, agents, and scenarios. It's quite impressive.
In our organization, we always limit the data displayed on the screen to only the necessary information. It seems counterproductive to add fields that serve no purpose and confuse the user.
In a Jira Portal, there's this "Search for Information" field that appears right in the middle. However, users will have access to a ROVO Agent and templates. This field is therefore, in my opinion, completely useless. And it's impossible to remove it.
What purpose does it serve?
How do we explain to users that a useless field is left on the screen?
Thanks
"Search for Information" is a search bar which helps Customers to look for a required request type instead of navigating for each projects in the Jira portal.
At present, only Premium and Enterprise JSM sites have ability to hide/remove it. More details in https://jira.atlassian.com/browse/JSDCLOUD-2488
Thanks Rilwan, but in the Portal setup,, we can't remove this search field
