Hi,
Is there a way we can visualize assets data in Confluence apart from going from Assets -> Jira Analytics -> Confluence? in a automated way.

Hi @Amar Hanumantharaya - This is Mohamed from JSM product team - this feature is currently in development, we don't have a timeline yet but you can follow this feature request for updates.

Hi!
I’m Rickard from Rixter, creator of Asset Studio for Jira and Confluence (Gadgets and Macros and Data studio)
I saw your post and thought I’d mention that since then, Atlassian has released their own Assets reporting features — but if you’re looking for something more flexible, Asset Studio might be worth a try.
Our app focuses on advanced visualization of Assets data, including:
📊 Charts and dashboards
🧩 Vertical tables that make it easy to read detailed key–value views
🔗 Support for referenced objects, so you can display attributes from related assets directly in the same view
You can check it out here: Asset Studio on Atlassian Marketplace.
If you give it a try and find any gaps, feel free to reach out — we’re always happy to improve it based on real-world needs.

Hi @Amar Hanumantharaya why would you want to achieve this?
I don't see a valid business reason to display assets in Confluence.
Assets are managed by the respective stakeholders.
It is true however that Reporting about assets is not (yet) available in Cloud as it was/is in Server/Data Center and I agree that this functionality/feature should become available for Cloud as well.

@Dave Mathijs Certain business wants to showcase their team in Confluence and their team data is available in Assets.
Yes, We need some kind of Reports as well out of Assests.
