We are adding AirFlow email alerts to JSM.. If the monitoring app is integrated with OpsGenie the results are predictable. Monitoring app will trigger an ALERT and under specific conditions, ALERT will create JSM TICKET. If the monitoring app is NOT integrated with OpsGenie the only way is to receive an email notification (alert) to a mailbox that will be picked up by JSM and create a ticket. Is it possible to create an ALERT from a ticket already created?

The best solution is probably to handle the request with an automation that is triggered when an alert arrives and creates a ticket in a specific space.
This way, you can also manage any exceptions or conditions.
