Hello,
I'm using "When a new issue is returned by a JQL query (V2)" as a trigger in some of my Power Automate flows. The trigger stopped working with the error message copied below:
The requested API has been removed. Please migrate to the /rest/api/3/search/jql API. A full migration guideline is available at https://developer.atlassian.com/changelog/#CHANGE-2046
Welcome to the community.
No you can't modify the trigger
This is also mentioned in the change. The new search endpoint in the API is; https://developer.atlassian.com/cloud/jira/platform/rest/v3/api-group-issue-search/#api-rest-api-3-search-jql-get
If power automate trigger can't cater for this reach out to them. Power automate is a Microsoft application and so not maintained by Atlassian.
They are pointing the finger back at Atlassian saying this integration is managed by Atlassian:

So Atlassian has implemented a change that has been made aware since November 2024
The power automate app can't use the new trigger, as this new API endpoint can't be accessed from power automate, then this is Atlassian's issue?
I can remember a recent change on MS Teams that everyone had to adapt to, I can't tell them to say where is my old option!
I looked in Power automate and this Trigger is not made by Atlassian. It's a trigger in Power Automate that connects to the Atlassian API (but there is no mention that this trigger is made by Atlassian)
Some more info I found the trigger, based on the link provided in the reply on the MS forum.
Who is stated as contact for this trigger?
