Unusable Keyboard Shortcuts

Hi,

I am using Microsoft Edge. And I am able to use global shortcuts at every page except Atlassian pages. I am not able to use global keyboard shortcuts in TR- WMS CHANGE BOARD - Agile board - Arvato Jira (atlassian.net) page like Ctrl+F for search in page.

I need your help, thank you.

Hi @Ebru Adiguzel welcome to the community.  Would it be possible to be more specific about what is or isn't working?  I'm using Edge as well and the shortcuts are working for me.  

Do other users have the same issue?  What happens if you use another workstation, do you get the same behavior?   

If there's a specific software issue, I would suggest opening a ticket with Jira Support (support.atlassian.com/contact) so the Support team can investigate further.

Thanks for support. Some of my colleagues are also having the same problem. But some of my colleagues do not have problems even if they use the same browser. I willl open a ticket about it.

Are you referring to the Jira keyboard shortcuts or the general keyboard shortcuts?

If Jira keyboard shortcuts, can you verify whether they are not disabled as in https://support.atlassian.com/jira-software-cloud/docs/use-keyboard-shortcuts/#Usingkeyboardshortcuts-Turnoffkeyboardshortcuts

II am not able to use Ctrl+F in all of the page. I can only see highligted words when I scroll the page.
