Unable access JIRA

Hi Team,

One of my team members is not able to access the JIRA tool. Despite giving access many times, he is unable to access the page. Need help here. Please resolve the issue ASAP.

Try the following:

1. Log into admin.atlassian.com portal

2. Open the user's account listing from Products -> Users.

3. Verify if the "Has access on site" setting is enabled.

Thank you @Rohit Utukuri . We onboarded the employee to JIRA. The issue is resolved.
