Hi @cuong_nt1,

As @Jack Brickey suggests, you can't configure the list of suggestions. It may be worth noting that the field "Raise the request on behalf of" is only visible to Service Desk Agents.

Customers do not see this field when raising a ticket. Maybe that may reduce any concerns you may have?
