Hello, yesterday when one of the agents wanted to transition the status of one of the company's projects (A transition that activates an automation that generates a ticket in another project and links them together). he couldn't do it, he got this error when trying to attach a file in the pop-up screen that requests to complete certain extra data to change status and activate the automation. The error that jumped was this: "Jira could not attach the file due to the absence of the XSRF protection token, Please try to attach the file again." The only way the agent had to attach and make the transition was by changing the browser, from Chrome to Mozilla, and this can't be the solution since we work with the Google suite, any quick and effective solution?
