How can I add all open issues by a reporter in the view issue screen?
@Andreas Bruckauf Hello.
What you are asking will require a custom solution as Forge App for example: https://developer.atlassian.com/platform/forge/getting-started/
You can use the solution by Tomislav and get the data from the JQL to display inside the issue with custom app.
Alternative solution will be to add a comment or edit the description in some way with Jira Automation to do the following:
Trigger: " Select a trigger that will activate the rule" (A manual triggering will be best here)
I hope this partially helps with your question. If that's the case be sure to accept it as solution or ask me for additional help :)
Thanks for the input. I will try the solution with comments

Hi @Andreas Bruckauf ,
Do you want to display all issues/tickets from the same reporter within the JSM queue, or are you using a global Jira issue search?
In any case, you can use basic or advanced searching to filter out issues that have been reported by a specific user and are in open status (for example).
If this isn't what you meant, could you please describe your question/request with some additional details?
Cheers,
Tom

Hi Tom
I don't want to use a filter.
I want:
If an assignee opens a ticket from reporter A he should see inside the ticket all other open requests by this reporter

Ah alright. Thanks for explaining!
I would suggest taking a look at what Atlass mentioned. The thing I would recommend (without using any Marketplace apps) is also automation which would either link all issues from the same reporter, add them into a comment, or maybe just create a link for issue search based on the current ticket reported.
Apart from that, as also mentioned, if you're familiar with Forge, then you could probably create a custom panel that would be visible to agents and would display all open issues from ticket reporter.
Cheers,
Tom
