Service Desk Reports Order

We have an issue with Jira service desk reports. On the reports page when selecting different reports the list of custom reports seems to jump around. I have tried multiple times now to put my reports in a certain order but as soon as you click a report or refresh the page they are all jumbled up again. We do have a large amount I believe around 25 reports in the list.

Anyone able to help find out whats causing this?
