how can i move the customer to the group of the clients, after we gave him more permissions, has been made the "new" account. Now he can't see his own old requests and others from the members in group.
The new invitation does not work.

Each account will have new ID and there is no way at the moment to merge data for multiple Atlassian accounts.
Workaround:
Modify the reporter of old tickets using bulk edit and update reporter with new user account name.
