Report on user's timezones

Question

We are running into issues where users have not updated their timezones in their profiles and since the default (for us) is America/New York, people in other timezones see the incorrect time (not relative to their location).

Is there a report (or export)available that will list user's timezones so we can do pointed follow up with the users?

Currently the only way you could get a report on this would be to use the Find users endpoint to get all your users and then check the time zone they have on their profile.
