I´ve a question about the Plugin Mail Me.
I´m using Legacy Automation in a JSM Help Desk Projekt, and would like to ask if someone has experience if the Plugin "Mail Me" is useable in automation rules. The "Mail Me" overview page states, that users are able to send mails directly from tickets, but no information if Admins can use it, to utelize it as part of the project configuration (e.g. automatisation).
