I have some users with some permissions that are completely not working. These are exactly the same as other ones that can browse and see the default window of each ticket, but is not working completely, at all. They only can access to the portal to open tickets. I used some account for testing purposes for this. And I tried granting everything and closing and opening the web browser (incognito mode). Didn't work. Can someone help me?

The users are they on the service desk customer project role ? The view read only permission is given for wich role or group ?
Yes, they are on SDC project role and only in that role, as the other Service Desk agents.
The View Read-Only Workflow is given for these roles:
Administrators
Service Desk Team
Internal Data Viewers
atlassian-addons-project-access

The user on the picture has the Service Desk Team role, and the permission View Read-Only Workflow is given to that role. And it was invited to the project as any other SD Agent, so it should have the SD licence, I checked I gave it to this user and the others. It has no sense.
