No access to Jira board suddenly

Question

Unable to access about Jira board suddenly. We are getting this given error.  As we are under free plan, unable to contact support as well.

Does anyone have any clue...?

* Does this happens while accessing any particular board? Or all boards?
* You tagged this as JSM. Are you accessing JSW board in JSM site and that causes this problem?
* Is the error reproducible for different users in different locations?
* From when are you experiencing this?

Yes, we are still facing the issue.

I see that there was a scheduled maintenance for Brazil region yesterday. Could this be because of that? -> https://jira-service-management.status.atlassian.com/
