Does JSM support multi-tenancy? Meaning if it is possible to isolate alert management for two organizations with single license?
Is this for the operations part of JSM (on call / alerting)? To my understanding licensing is based on agents who need to be in the on call rotation (JSM Agent licenses) and the teams you create with different integrated alerts are not limited by license.

In our case, Organization 1 and Organization 2 share the same Atlassian products - for example, they use a single Jira instance.
I’m wondering when Org 1 receives alerts, can they be isolated from Org 2 alerts? There are multiple teams in each Organization and we have difficulty in alert management.
