I work heavily in Assets within a cloud instance of a CMDB and am getting "This page is not responding" Wait pop ups after a few seconds of navigating into a schema. I have been working with the enterprise EUC team and have checked just about everything, even to the point of trying another ISP and swapping out end points. The Enterprise Atlassian team says there is nothing they can do to help. I am seeking any ideas to what the issue could be and a solution.
Second question - Who can open a support ticket with Atlassian? I am not an admin, but a user.
AS you mention it seems like a "you" problem.
Do you have the same issues in other browser on your device?
You could try incognito window or se what browser plugins are active.
Does the same happen on another device?
Hello @Will Greenslade
To be true? It don't make sense. Address that to your administrator and he should make open an Ticket.
There have not been recent status reports for an Assets incident, so this points more to something specific in your site or schema than to a broader Cloud problem.
Check whether it happens in one schema only or across all schemas, and whether other users can reproduce it too. If it is schema-specific, the schema itself is the next place to look.
As an user you can pretty much almost literally nothing. That's not a bite. That's clear statement. This things laying od Admin lvl.
