Is there difference between the JSM bundle and Production version Confluence ?
I would like to know if users who only have JSM would benefit from purchasing Confluence.
Hello @新井 聡 in my experience with JSM, if you plan on implementing the Knowledge Base feature of JSM, you will need some Agents in JSM that have access the Confluence space you are using for JSM to create and update Knowledge articles for your JSM users.
That way as you are resolving tickets, you can create articles and make them available to your customers so they can search for their own solutions, deflecting new tickets.
