JSM: Add customer to organization

Hello

While auditing our JSM instance, I realized that we have some User that are not part of any Organization.

My questions:

1/ how can we prevent such cases to occur ?

2/ is there a way to add existing user to existing Organization without loosing the history of what we already have. I don't want to delete + create because they won't see their ticket anymore

Hi @Corinne Guibert 

You can add domains to Organisations, so that new customers will automatically be added to that Organisation.

And the action from @Matteo Vecchiato is valid on adding users in bulk, if the mail addresses are from customers known, they will be added to an org.

There is no need to delete them first.
