This looks like a - hopefully - temporary problem that should resolve itself relatively fast. There's not much more that you can do than follow the instructions: wait a few moments and try again.
In cases like this, you can always check https://status.atlassian.com/ to find out if there might be an ongoing incident. If that is the case, that may provide an explanation.
Since you tagged your question as related to the free plan, you are not entitled to contact Atlassian support directly - which would be the normal way forward if you're experiencing a bug or a technical problem in your site. I rare cases where this does happen and your site really is broken, you can provide details of the issue here in Community and we might be able to loop in someone from Atlassian to look into it.
