We want to show the Service Desk Widget only in specific circumstances.
I've tried loading it dynamically (just by appending the script to the document body) but it doesn't execute (even though the resulting script in the HTML is identical to if I added it to the static index.html).
I imagine this is because it uses document.write, which is not available when the script is executed when added dynamically.
Is there any way around this? Can I load it in the static HTML and then disable it somehow until I want it to be shown? Any chance the dependency on document.write will be removed (since usually that is not a real requirement)?
