I realize the statuses can be displayed differently in portal, but I do not see the option to do it for slack view
It's not possible if you didn't create or have access to SOMEONE ELSE'S ACCOUNT. Hint: if it yours then you control the account. If it's not then you just keep hacking until you break...

My aim is to hide the status of the ticket from customers in slack view of the issue, or at least display only pending and closed instead of waiting for support, waiting for approval and etc.
