Invalid JQL and not sure why

Hi there,

I have a scheduled task with the following JQL but keep getting Invalid JQL errors

“Time to Customer Response“ = breached() and status = "Waiting for Customer" and updated < -24h

What part of the JQL is incorrect.

eergghh, I needed to use ' and not " around the SLA name
