I would need the integration between Jira Cloud and Dynamics CRM.
In the integration we have to do the transition is one-way only from Jira to MS Dynamics CRM Online.
IS IT POSSIBLE WITH A PLUGIN? IF THE FIELDS MUST BE MAPPED IS IT POSSIBLE TO ALSO WORK FOR ASSET FIELDS?
Thanks
Laura
I got this working by setting up Power Automate to push case data from Dynamics into JSM using the REST API. Hi @Laura De Vita welcome to the community. I did a quick search on the internet and found this Atlassian article on Connecting MS Dynamics CRM to Jira.
I'm no expert on it, so I wouldn't be able to answer any questions regarding its functionality, but it would at least give you something to start.
I see there's a few links out there as well to get more information.
As it's Atlassian's article, if you had questions, I would gather Atlassian Support would be able to assist.
There were some questions about using this with Jira Cloud. I also saw a few YouTube videos that popped up in my search that could help you as well.
Hope that helps.
