In the "Incidencia Assets" queue of the CSG project, the value of the "Assets" field that is related to the Assets and Inventory Plugin for Jira addon does not appear.
It does appear in other filters and fields, it only happens in this queue.
We need this field to be displayed for the agents that manage this queue, it is important.
Can you help us with this?

This seems that the information that is placed in the app is not usable on the JSM queues.

To me this seems to be an issue with the app.

Raise a support issue at the vendor: Appfire Support
