I want to develop a thorough understanding of Jira Service Management program, as well as confluence, or Jira in general. I want to know all of the capabilities these programs have. There are SO many courses available via Atlassian Community, and you tube as well. Can anyone suggest some classes, and the order to take them, that will help me gain an in depth understanding of these programs, where I feel confidence in the choices I make while using the programs. What I have learned so far, these programs have great capabilities! There is so much to learn here!
