How to restrict CSAT link to be accessed only by the Reporter for survey

I have enabled CSAT for a service project and created an automation rule to trigger the CSAT survey link to the reporter. However, the survey link can be forwarded to a third person to rate the service. I would like to know how to restrict the access of the CSAT survey link only to the reporter/creator of the issue.

Please assist me on this.

Hi @Thulasiraman Nagarajan  - Have you verified that the third party receiving the link can actually execute it? And if yes, is there a relationship between that person and the ticket (are they in the Request Participants field or is the ticket shared with them?).

Hi @John Funk Yes. The ticket is being shared with the group of external organisation members. We usually maintain organisations for various customers. And the ticket is being shared with the organisation members. So the survey link works for them as well though the CSAT email is sent only to the reporter of the ticket. I would like to restrict only to the reporter when accessing the survey link. It shouldn't be shared with someone else in the same organisation.

Okay - not sure it that is going to be possible or not. You certainly can't prevent someone from sharing a link. You should submit a support ticket with Atlassian to get their guidance/comments. Please post back here with the response/resolution for future readers.
