The support page instructions request to check the image url. It is:

It seems the image is saved in Jira data bank.

Moreover, the instructions are for avoiding this error in the future. But it does not mention any workaround to result the existing problem. Is there a way to access the images saved in the past in Jira?

Is there a browser extension installed that may prevent you from images being shown: https://community.atlassian.com/forums/Confluence-questions/Images-show-quot-Preview-unavailable-quot-for-no-apparent-reason/qaq-p/2066672 ?
