How to auto fill the fields by getting data from login details & date as system date in custom form?

How to auto fill the custom form data ?
I am new to this.
ex: Can I auto fill a date field to today on custom field on the form? instead of date picker.
Similarly few other fields in custom form like name should auto pick and fill form from the login details.
ex: When I open my custom form it should fill the details of date , name & email Id and the relevant data , should auto fill , and the rest fields can fill by the customer.
