How do I get the answer box when I highlight the smart value.

Those new to the Atlassian Community have posted less than three times. Give them a warm welcome!
I'm looking up smart values using the find your smart value feature, but can not replicate the box when I highlight one.
For example.
The "fields.priority.name" shows at the bottom when highlighted.
It does not do that when I highlight it on our instance.
